The IP-S2/IP-S2 HD from Topcon is a high level accuracy 3D mobile mapping system with LiDAR scanners oriented to cover the road surface and adjacent buildings up to 30 meters away.  A high resolution digital camera can be added providing 360 degree spherical images at fixed distance intervals.

Now available in high-density, the IP-S2 HD offers a high density, long-range LiDAR sensor for ultimate visual detail, as well as:

• High Accuracy IMU and DMI Odometry for positional accuracy and reliability
• Geo-referenced, Time-stamped, Point Clouds and Imagery
• 360 camera for spherical image capture
• Powered retractable mounting system
  

Using post processing software the data can be viewed as a 3D image representation which can then be exported to industry standards formats.
