Training
Policy
Cancellation
Policy
A
student may cancel a class registration and receive
a full refund by providing a written notice of cancellation,
at least 10-business days prior to the start of the
class. (Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for refund).
Students canceling with less than a 10-business
day notice will be charged a service fee of 50% of the
course fee. Students
who fail to attend without any prior notification will
forfeit the entire course fee. From
time to time The PPI Group may have to cancel or
reschedule a class. If this occurs the student will
be given the choice to reschedule to the next class
or receive a refund for the paid class.
Rescheduling
Policy
A
student may reschedule a class registration without
penalty if doing so at least 10-business days prior
to the start of the class. Class fees must be paid in
full at the time of rescheduling. Students
rescheduling with less than a 10-business day notice
will be charged a service fee equivalent to 25% of the
course fee in addition to the course fee. All fees must
be paid in full at the time of rescheduling. If
a student cancels a class registration that they had
previously rescheduled they will forfeit the entire
course fee.
Weather
Cancellation Policy
The PPI Group has yet to cancel training because of inclement
weather, however this situation may arise. If we cancel
a class due to weather related factors; we will attempt
to notify you as quickly as possible. During inclement
weather situations, it is advisable to call Portland
Precision to verify that the class has not been cancelled.
If
a student is unable to make it to class due to inclement
weather conditions and we have not cancelled the class,
they must notify Portland Precision by no later than
12pm that day. In this situation, the student will be
rescheduled to the next class without penalty. Failure
to notify us by noon will result in the forfeit the
entire course fee and reschedule privileges.
One-Year
Retake Policy
The PPI Group acknowledges the cost and time investment
to attend training. We want you to feel that you have
benefited from the professional training you've received
from us. You may retake any class, FREE of charge, if
you meet these conditions: It has been less than one
year since you first took the class and the retake class
is being taught on the same version of the application
you originally took the class on. Retake students must
wait until 3 weeks prior to the class start date to
register. Enrollment acceptance will be dependent upon
available seating. Retake students will be required
to bring the course material issued in the first class;
new training materials will not be provided.
